Duke of London Multistorey Car Park

This is a private multi storey car park with filming available on both the internal floors and the rooftop levels. This is a traditional modern car park with charging points and painted spaces. The roof (15,000 sq ft) is also available and offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding area all the way to the Shard, Canary Wharf, Kew Gardens and beyond.

Plonkers
Wine Bar

Plonkers (330 sq ft) is a recently renovated chic wine bar with a mid century aesthetic. As you can see from the photos the location really speaks for itself.

Duke of London Showroom

Level 7 of the Multi Story Car Park is converted into a characterful classic car dealership.
The bottom level (7,500 sq ft) consists of a Coffee Shop, Office and Showroom for cars and motorbikes, which can stay or be removed.
The top level (7,500 sq ft) is predominantly car storage but also a detailer and workshop where we can remove all of the cars if required.

The Brewery Tap Pub

Situated on the Brenford Rivera this is a traditional english pub (1,500sq ft) which has been recently sympathetically renovated with indoor and outdoor seating.

A beautiful Victorian gasket warehouse conversion, mews property in the heart of Richmond spanning over 11,000 square feet internally with a first floor apartment, ground floor car gallery/garage space, ground floor glass covered outdoor courtyard and multiple self contained units including bedrooms, artist studios, office space and a fully equipped gym.

Peach Warehouse

Converted warehouse space that is 4,500 square feet and 9 feet ceilings. Painted in a fetching shade of peach, this warehouse has been fully refurbished. Can be hired empty or with the cars.

Automotive Detailer

This 400 sq ft is a purpose built detailing unit inside our storage warehouse. Complete with roller shutter, car lift and professional individually controlled lighting.
